Genders of Destera seeks to examine gender systems in the shared fantasy world of Spire: the City Must Fall and Heart: the City Beneath by Rowan, Rook, and Decard. It presents six new gender systems in which characters might find their identity, information on how aelfir colonialism would extend to gender discrimination and transphobia if you decide to include it in your game, and mechanical systems for handling a gender transition that occurs during play.

A wonderfully-realized supplement that expands our understanding of the rich world of Destera to understand how gender is viewed and categorized across cultures. As something to bring to your table, it's honestly perhaps only for the most hardcore in their RPG worldbuilding; but as an examination of the subjectivity of discourses of gender it is exemplary and sets a high bar for fan-created Spire supplements. Well worth reading!
